Sorry, NO refunds or exchanges.
All 50% deposits go-to supply/start-up costs for custom pieces. Meaning it goes to suppliers there is no way for me to return the money once the orders are placed.
All shop items are handmade and one of kind. If you would like to alter/ customize a piece contact me directly so we can make sure your item is perfect before it even gets to you.
I will do my utmost to communicate and accommodate all needs before the piece is mailed out.

Speical Instctuions for WETS
Furthermore, most wets will have to be shipped without 70% alcohol due to USPS regulations. They will be shipped sealed as best as possible with dampened paper towels to protect the specimen. Please have 70% rubbing alcohol ready for when it arrives to keep it in the best possible condition

Shipping Days
I ship out twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays. The usual arrival time is 5-7 business days after it ships.
Method
Usps ground, per weight and box. If you have multiple orders I will do my best to package them safely together to avoid extra shipping costs (pending weight limits and safety). I will do my utmost to protect the items and add tracking and insurance (min 50$) through USPS. However, I cannot guarantee shipping (especially on butterfly wings/antenna). Or USPS rulings on insurance claims. It is simply something beyond my control.
Other
Any additional shipping expenses will be the buyer's responsibility. Such as: priority, express, extra insurance and sign upon arriavl
Shipped items that are lost or damaged in transit are not the responsibility of PDTZ.
Tracking
I will send a picture of tracking numbers to individuals the day they ship.
